TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FOX ART AI ECOMMERCE SHOP BASED IN BELGIUM, SHIPPING WORLDWIDE:

2.1 Orders may be placed online through our website. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2.3 Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR), and include VAT (Value-Added Tax) where applicable. Shipping fees will be added to your order during checkout.

3.2 Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery times as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

4.2 Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and will be credited back to the original payment method.

4.4 For clothing we do not accept returns for hygiëne reasons. For products build to order we do not accept returns. Always check the size of the items.
