Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Return Address is provided by Fox Art AI. Do NOT return goods on your own behalve without written approval.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and will be credited back to the original payment method. This only applies when the goods are in perfect condition, in original unopened packaging.

For clothing and products made on demand (see product description of each product) we do not accept returns for hygiëne reasons. For products build to order we do not accept returns. Always check the size of the items. There are plenty of size tables and information about product sizes on the website. In doubt please contact Fox Art AI before ordening.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
